BENISSENCE ORDERING, PROCESSING, AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Benissence! We want to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, from placing your order to receiving your products. Please review the details below regarding orders, processing, shipping, and returns.

ORDERING & CONFIRMATION:

After placing your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@benissence.com.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am – 5pm ET, excluding major holidays.
  • Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
  • After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Depending on the shipping method and your location, delivery may take 2-14 business days.
  • Please note that during periods of high demand, such as promotions or major holidays, processing times and delivery windows may be extended.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION:

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you can track its progress:

  • Benissence Account Holders: Log into your account to view your order and track its status.
  • Non-Account Holders: Click the “View Your Order” button in the confirmation email to track your package.

RETURNS:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, if you are not, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit.

  • Returns must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging and seal intact.
  • A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Please contact us at info@benissence.com before returning your product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Please note that only products purchased directly from www.benissence.com can be returned. For products purchased from other sellers, please contact them directly for return information.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
